Dispatch of orders:

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed – Monday to Saturday.  Generally, we will dispatch your order the same day if placed before Noon however, some orders may be dispatched the next working day due to operational reasons. At checkout, you would be asked which delivery option you require. Our rates for delivery are found below:

General Rates:

Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) on orders of £100.00 and up

Free Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) – £3.99

Guaranteed Next Working Day – Order Before 11:00 Noon – £6.99

Guaranteed Saturday, Order Before 12:00 Noon on Friday – £7.99

Return Policy

Dispatch of orders:

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from delivery. You must notify us in writing via email of your intention to cancel within 14 working days from delivery. After notification, we will issue you a return number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

Refund Policy

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

N.B.:

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the package arriving in our warehouse. Payment will be refunded to the Same Account or Card used to place the order.  Please allow 3-5 working days from when you receive the confirmation email.

 

Exchange Policy

 

If you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you follow the above process (Returns Process) to return the item and place a new order on our website.

If the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund or replacement for the defective product.
